Inspired by the great wood-fired grills of Southern Europe, Brasas de Invierno is a generous Saturday lunch showcasing premium meats, seasonal produce and bold, rustic flavours, all cooked over charcoal and in Bosco's wood-fired oven.
Begin with two snacks before enjoying a spectacular mixed grill served to the table, accompanied by an abundance of roasted winter vegetables, warm wood-fired flatbread and a selection of house-made sauces, designed for sharing.
