Tyrrell's Winemaker's Selection Dinner

Thursday 26th of June

We are delighted to welcome the 5th Generation siblings of the Tyrrell’s family, Jane and Chris, to launch new releases of their most iconic range of wines. The Winemaker’s Selection, affectionately known both nationally and internationally as the ‘Vat Wines’ are recognised as being among the finest examples of their varietals in existence.

This release follows on the back of Tyrrell’s being named in Halliday’s Wine Companion Top 100 as the Number One winery! An extraordinary result from a field of 1,100 wineries to be on top of the podium. Proving that Tyrrell’s, established in 1858 and now headed for their 167th year in operation, are committed to quality more than ever.

We've put together a stunning menu full of Bosco classics to accompany these wonderful wines. Jane & Chris are also bringing up some museum wines from their family cellar to show just how wonderfully these wines age.

We’ll enjoy Vat 1 Semillon (rightly among the most collected white wines in Australia) as well as Vat 47 Chardonnay (the first varietal labelled Chardonnay ever released in Australia) followed by some utterly stellar Shiraz based wines with the Vat 9 and Vat 8.
